摘要:本文研究了影响汽车用永磁直流电动机体积、质量、效率和成本等性能的因素,分析了利用遗传算法以其为目标进行优化设计的研究思路,并在Matlab中进行了建模及其实现,仿真结果表明该方法优化效果明显,为后续有限元仿真及样机生产提供了有价值的设计制造依据。
关键词:遗传算法;汽车用永磁直流电动机;优化设计 Abstract: This paper studied the impact factors on the volume, mass, efficiency and cost performance of an automobile permanent magnet DC motor, analyzed the application of the genetic algorithm (GA) on the motors optimization design. It then modeled the motor and implemented the GA in Matlab. The simulation results show that the GA is effective. The optimization results obtained satisfies the requirement and can serve as a reference for the following FEM simulation as well as the manufacturing of a prototype motor.
