标题:小惯量永磁同步电机电流环内模动态解耦

摘  要:针对小惯量永磁同步电机控制系统,电机机械时间常数小于电磁时间常数,电流环模型不能进行降阶处理以及无法动态解耦电流等问题,依据内模原理设计了考虑反电动势在内的小惯量永磁同步电机电流环内模控制器。该控制器调整参数简单,易于实现,且鲁棒性强,可以有效的实现转矩轴和励磁轴的电流解耦控制,能够克服反电动势带来的影响,尤其在加减速运动过程中,比传统的PID电流环控制具有更好的动态响应和跟踪性能,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真实验证明该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:  In the servo control system of small rotational inertia permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the reduced-order model of current could not be used as the electromechanical time constant close to electromagnetic time constant, and there existed current dynamic coupling problem. To resolve these, internal model controller considering back electromotive force was designed for current loop. This strategy had only one adjusted parameter, simple to realize and had strong robustness. This method can decouple current between the axis of torque and excitation, and also reduce the effect of back electromotive force. Especially during the process of acceleration or deceleration, this controller has better dynamic and track performance than the traditional PID. Finally, the simulation results in Matlab/Simulink confirm the proposed method is correct and effective.
