摘要:针对于平动式电机啮合机构的传动比大、中心距小、易干涉特点,提出平动式啮合电机渐开线齿轮设计方法。根据给定的模数、齿数、压力角和变位系数计算得到的齿形参数代入干涉条件和重合度条件等式进行试算,找到能够满足条件的变位系数和中心距并计算出所有结构参数。利用提出的方法进行算例分析,设计制作一套渐开线内啮合齿轮,在新型平动式啮合电机上成功运行,获得较高的效率,证明设计方法的有效性和可行性。 关键词:平动式啮合电机;渐开线;重合度;变位系数
Abstract: For the characteristics of transmission ratio, small center distance, interference on translational motor body, the design method of involute gear for translational meshing motor was proposed. Considering the conditions of interference and coincidence degree, the trail calculation were applied using the tooth profile parameters calculated from given modulus, number of teeth, pressure angle and modification coefficient. The modification coefficient, center distance and other structure parameters were obtained from the trail calculation. The internal meshing gears was designed and processed based on proposed method. The novel translational meshing motor using designed involute gears operates successfully and efficiently which testify the validity and feasibility of proposed method.
