摘要:为了提高永磁同步电动机弱磁控制时的负载能力,通过改变绕组匝数来改变电机电感,设计了4台尺寸相同但基速点不同的电机。采用有限元软件搭建了4台电机的模型,分别仿真了包含弱磁调速在内的机械特性,比较了不同电机的负载能力以及电磁损耗。仿真结果表明,在电源电压受限而逆变器电流容量充裕的情况下,适当降低绕组匝数,不仅可以提高电机的负载能力还可以降低电磁损耗。 关键词:永磁同步电动机;弱磁控制;电磁损耗;基速工作点
Abstract: In order to investigate the load capacity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with fluxweakening operation, four motors with the same size but different base speed were designed by changing the number of winding turns. The finite element analysis models were established, based on which the machine mechanical characteristics including the fluxweakening operation were calculated. The load capacity and electromagnetic losses are compared. The calculation results show that, by properly reducing the number of winding turns, it can improve the load capacity and cut the electromagnetic losses provided that the power converter has sufficient current capacity though supply voltage is limited.
