标题:方向可控电磁发射器拦截弹发射过程研究

摘要:方向可控电磁发射技术是主动电磁装甲防御体系的关键技术。文中分析了方向可控电磁发射器的组成及工作原理,推导了其工作过程的电路方程、拦截弹受力方程和运动学方程,建立了拦截弹发射过程的数学模型,给出了拦截弹加速过程分析的数值方法;编制有限元分析程序对拦截弹的发射过程进行了仿真,得到了加载瞬间拦截弹的速度和位移随时间变化的规律。为了对仿真结果进行验证,进行了拦截弹发射实验,测得了拦截弹的发射初速,结果表明:实验数据与仿真结果符合较好。

Abstract: Steerable electromagnetic (EM) launching technology is a key technology of the EM armor. The principle and the makeup of the steerable EM launcher (SEML) were introduced in this paper. The circuit equation, the dynamical equation, the motion equation were deduced and mathematical model of launching process of the interception projectile was established. In order to analyze the movement law of interception projectile during the launching process, a numerical analysis method for acceleration process of the interception projectile was given. With finite element analysis code launching process of the interception projectile was simulated and laws of velocity of the projectile and its displacement versus time were also investigated. Launching experiment of interception projectile was accomplished and velocity of the projectile was measured. The results show that experimental data are well matched with the simulation results.
