摘要:针对无刷直流电机传统控制的不足,在STM32控制框架内设计了无位置传感器电机矢量控制系统,采用基于锁相环的滑模观测器对转子位置及转速精确估计并完成电机矢量控制。给出控制系统的总体设计框架及其实现方法,进行性能仿真分析,结果表明,基于无位置传感器电机矢量控制策略具有响应快、误差小、抗负载扰动能力强等优点。以STM32F103B为核心,完成控制方案软件设计,最终对电机实测分析,结果验证了该方案的有效性,具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词:无刷直流电机;STM32;无位置传感器;矢量控制
Abstract: In allusion to the deficiency of traditional control of BLDCM, designed a sensorless brushless DC motor control system based on field orientation control in the control frame of STM32,used the sliding mode control system based on PLL phase lock loop to accurate estimates the rotor position and speed, completed the field orientation control. The framework design and implementation method were given, completed the simulation analysis.The simulation results show the control performance of sensorless brushless DC motor based on field orientation control introduced better, it has fast response, small error, and good anti jamming ability. Took STM32 as the processor, completed the software design of FOC and the final analysis of motor test results verified the effectiveness of the program.
