摘要:直接转矩控制具有控制简单、转矩响应迅速、动静态性能好等优点。根据无刷直流电机的特点,在额定转速以下调速,省去常规的磁链观测环节,通过转矩滞环控制和反电动势叠加法得到的转子位置信号来决定所施加的空间电压矢量,实现无刷直流电机无传感器和直接转矩自同步的双重控制。仿真结果表明,该方法达到了抑制转矩脉动,提高转矩动态响应以及实现无传感器控制的目的。 关键词:无刷直流电机;直接转矩控制;反电动势叠加法;空间电压矢量
Abstract: The direct torque control (DTC) has a lot of advantages such as simple control structure, good dynamic and static performance, rapid torque response. According to the characteristics of brushless DC motor, the flux hysteresis controller could be ignored in the constant torque region. The proper stator voltage space vector was selected based on the output of the torque hysteresis controller and the sector that the current rotor flux located in. The sector signal was detected through the back electromotive force superposition method.Through this method,the research about the application of DTC in BLDCM under the position sensorless control method was realized. Simulation results show that this method can minimize the torque ripple of BLDCM effectively, gain rapid dynamic response with position sensorless.
