摘 要:为提高无刷直流电机控制的鲁棒性及抑制换相转矩波动,在PWM-ON调制基础上,以保证非换相相电流恒定为控制目标,将换相引起的转矩波动作为系统扰动,设计了滑模变结构电流控制器。利用其响应快速、对扰动不敏感特性来抑制内外干扰的影响,并进行了鲁棒性证明和转矩波动减小分析。仿真与实验表明,所提出的变结构控制策略鲁棒性好,能有效减小换相转矩波动,是无刷直流电机控制中一种新颖的改进控制方式。 关键词:无刷直流电机;鲁棒性;电流;滑模变结构;换相转矩波动
Abstract: To improve the robustness of the BLDCM control system and to suppress the commutation torque ripple,the sliding mode variable structure current control scheme was proposed.The torque ripple caused by commutation was treated as system disturbance.The proposed scheme aimed to keep the non-commutation phase current constant based on PWM-ON mode.The impact on the system made by the disturbance was weakened by the sliding mode variable structure controller.Simulation and experimental results verified that the designed system shows robustness to the disturbance and the commutation torque ripple is effectively reduced.The proposed scheme is a novel modified method for BLDCM control.
