摘要: 针对水质总磷远程在线监测系统中蠕动泵控制的具体需要,提出了基于AVR单片机的蠕动泵步进电机精准控制方案。对蠕动泵步进电机的启停控制原理进行了分析,其中重点研究了S型曲线算法,提出了一种新的S型曲线方程建立方法,将Logistic曲线拟合的思想应用到S型曲线方程建立的过程中。相比于过去解动力学方程的方法,极大地简化了推导和分析过程。最后,对控制模块进行了测试,实验结果验证了方案的可行性。
关键词:步进电机;蠕动泵;S型曲线;Logistic曲线;AVR单片机 Abstract: Aiming at peristaltic pump control in water quality monitoring of total phosphorus system, a peristaltic pump stepper motor accurate control strategy based on AVR MCU was presented. After the analysis of the peristaltic pump stepper motor′s start-stop control principle, especially S-curve algorithm, a new method was used in the equation building, in which applied the thought of Logistic curve fitting ideology. Comparing with the method of dynamics equations, the new method greatly simplifies the calculation and analysis process. After the experimental test of control module, the results verified the feasibility of the above solution.
