摘 要:该文对永磁同步电动机气隙磁场进行了优化设计。针对平行充磁方式,提出了一种不等厚磁钢的设计方法,使电机空载反电动势呈正弦分布以及降低由较低次气隙磁场谐波引起的力矩波动成分。利用有限元仿真软件Ansoft对二维电机模型进行分析求解,计算结果表明该不等厚磁钢能够使气隙磁密波形接近正弦。 关键词:永磁同步电动机;不等厚磁钢;气隙磁场;有限元分析
Abstract: This paper studied on the optimization design of the air-gap magnetic filed for the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor (PMSM). A novel design was proposed for non-uniform thickness magnet basing on parallel magnetization. This design established sinusoidal distribution of no-load back-EMF, and reduced the torque ripple caused by lower order harmonic component of air-gap magnetic field was reduced. The calculative result of 2D motor model was achieved and analyzed by FEM simulation software Ansoft. The result shows air-gap flux density waveform is close to sinusoidal based on the non-uniform thickness magnet. Key Words: PMSM; Non-uniform thickness magnet; Air-gap filed; FEM analysis
