摘要:分析了永磁同步电机失磁故障产生的原因,探索了均匀失磁故障仿真模型的实现方法,并在此基础上建立了永磁同步电机均匀失磁故障仿真模型。空载仿真结果表明,随着失磁故障严重程度的增加,磁场强度和径向磁密的大小基本按失磁程度成比例减小;负载仿真结果表明,磁链和输出转矩随故障严重程度的增加而明显减小,但并非呈现线性关系;磁链谐波成分分析的结果表明,不同程度均匀失磁故障情况下,均没有新谐波成分出现。
关键词:永磁同步电机;失磁;故障;磁场 Abstract: The reasons of demagnetization fault in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) were analyzed, the methods to realize the simulation model of uniform demagnetization faults were explored, and a demagnetization faults simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motors was proposed in this paper With the severity of demagnetization faults increasing, it is showed that magnetic field intensity and the size of radial magnetic flux density is proportional to decrease by the severity of demagnetization in no-load simulation result; It is indicated that the flux and the output torque decreases obviously with the severity of the fault increases, which is not showed linear relationship in load simulation results; In the flux harmonic component analysis result, it is showed that there are no new harmonic components in the case of different severity of uniform demagnetization faults
