标题:永磁同步电机控制系统建模及微分负反馈优化

摘要:高速感应电机运行时是由驱动器进行驱动,会在电机中引入与载波频率相关的谐波分量,而目前很多分析是基于正弦波驱动的分析结果,无法满足分析精度和实际情况。基于上述问题提出了驱动器和电机本体耦合的联合仿真方法,分析了SPWM驱动方式时的谐波分布,针对250000r/min高速感应电机基波运行频率高,驱动器载波频率不能任意选择的问题,提出了设置载波频率遵循的规律,对比了联合仿真方法和正弦驱动方法的电流、电压、损耗的分析结果,结果表明各参数都有不同程度增加,证明了该方法的准确性。

Abstract: Highspeed induction motor is driven by the drive. It will introduce in the motor carrier frequency related harmonic component. But many of the current analysis is based on sine wave drive analysis results which can’t meet the analytical accuracy and the actual situation. Based on the above problems, the cosimulation method of driver and motor body coupling was proposed. The harmonic distribution of SPWM drive mode was analyzed. Aiming at the problem that the fundamental frequency of 250000r/min high speed induction motor is high and the carrier frequency can’t be arbitrarily selected, the paper put forward a theory about the settings of the carrier frequency. The comparison of the current, voltage and loss analysis results of the combined simulation method and the sinusoidal driving method was presented. The results show that the parameters have different degrees of increase, which proves the necessity of the method.
