标题:永磁同步电机最大转矩电流比控制的仿真研究

摘要:由于永磁同步电机的高效率、高力矩惯量比、高能量密度等明显优势,而在轨道车辆得到广泛的应用。本文针对永磁同步电机的非线性特性,采用解耦的方法对其分析,详细论述了旋转坐标变换及矢量控制策略的实现。提出了对最大转矩电流比控制中直轴电流与转矩关系式先进行标幺值化,再拟合反解的方式,大大减少了运算量。通过Matlab仿真,对比最大转矩电流比控制法和id=0的控制方案,验证了拟合最大转矩电流比曲线控制方法可行性及其优越性。

Abstract: With significant advantages such as high efficiency, high torque inertia ratio and high energy density, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely applied to rail vehicles. Decoupling method was adopted to analyze it based on its nonlinear characteristics. The achievement of rotating coordinate transformation and vector control strategies were elaborated based on Matlab simulation research. First, the direct axis current and torque equation were made to be per unit values. Then, a fitting antisolution was proposed to greatly reduce the computation cost. Finally, through Matlab simulation, comparing of maximum torque per Ampere control method with daxis current equal zero method, its results show maximum torque per Ampere control method is feasible and has significant advantages.
