摘 要:为了提高永磁电机磁路计算的准确性,采用二维电磁场有限元法对电机气隙系数、空载漏磁系数、计算极弧系数进行了分析,提出由于转子位置不同引起漏磁系数计算模型不同的思想,完善了现有文献中的计算方法,并通过大量计算,给出了磁极偏心时的计算极弧系数变化曲线。分析方法可直接应用于工程实际中。 关键词:永磁电机;气隙系数;空载漏磁系数;计算极弧系数;有限元法
Abstract:To improve the accuracy of magnetic circuit calculation of permanent magnet motor,3 main coefficients analyzed three by 2D electromagnetic filed finite element method.Due to the different rotor position,proposed a new idea about the model of leakage flux coefficient calculation in the paper,and improved the calculating method of current references was improved.Given the equivalent pole arc coefficient curves of permanent magnet motor with eccentric poles based on a series of finite element calculations.The results can be used directly in the engineering design.
