标题:永磁电机定子参数化建模及结构灵敏度分析

摘要:电机定子固有频率的研究对降低电机电磁噪声和抑制电机的振动有重要的意义,本文在Ansys中基于参数化程序设计语言(APDL)实现了电机定子结构的参数化建模,并在此基础上对电机定子的低阶固有振型和固有频率进行了仿真计算,通过定子模态试验验证了该模型的有效性,最后对齿数、轭厚、铁心外径、机壳厚度以及定子轴向长度等主要结构参数对定子总成振动特性影响进行了灵敏度分析,结果表明,机壳厚度和铁心外径对定子总成固有模态的影响最大,而铁心长度对定子固有模态的影响较小,为电机定子结构的设计和优化提供了重要依据,为进一步实现低电磁噪声电机的定子结构设计提供支持。

Abstract: For reducing noise and vibration of motor, it is significant to study the natural frequency of the motor stator. In this paper, the parametric model was built by parameterized programming language (APDL) of ansys. After that, the simulation and calculation of the low level natural vibration mode and frequency was conducted. At the same time, the stator mode test was done to verify the validity of the model. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the influences of some motor structure parameters on the vibration characteristics of stator assembly was conducted, which included the number of teeth, the thickness of yoke, the outer diameter of iron core, the thickness of shell and the axial length of stator. The results show that the thickness and diameter are the most sensitive parameters, and the length of stator core has little effect on it. The study provides an important reference for the structural design and optimization of motor stator.
