摘要:由于永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)伺服系统要求对指令具有良好的抗扰性能和跟踪性能,因而在传统PID控制方法的基础上,将目标值滤波型二自由度PID控制策略应用于永磁直线同步电机伺服系统中,其控制器结构简单。通过Simulink仿真实验,结果表明,该算法使系统响应曲线超调量小、振荡小,解决了传统PID算法无法同时使系统抗扰性能和跟踪性能达到最优的缺陷,从而实现了双优控制。

Abstract: As permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system is required to have good anti-disturbance and tracking performance to instructions, thus on the basis of traditional PID control method, the two-degree-of-freedom PID control strategy based on target value filter type was applied to PMLSM servo system, whose structure was quite simple. Simulation and experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm decrease the overshoot and oscillation of system, which solves the shortcoming of traditional PID control method that can not make anti-disturbance and tracking performance get best, so that realize the target of optimization of control in both ways.
