摘要:磁力耦合器具有转矩传输无接触、运行速度范围宽,无机械振动等优点。本文以随钻涡轮发电机用磁力耦合器为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,分析了该磁力耦合器不同极对数时的静态矩角特性,计算了在不同速度时的磁力耦合器隔离套的涡流损耗以及传动效率。通过实际样机试验验证了磁力耦合器计算结果的准确性。
关键词:永磁;磁力耦合器;矩角特性;涡流损耗 Abstract: Magnetic coupling has many advantages, such as noncontact torque transmission, wide operating speed range and no mechanical vibration. In this paper, a high speed magnetic coupling's finite element method(FEM) model was established. The torqueangle characteristic under the different poles was calculated and eddy current loss on different speed was also computed through the FEM model. Finally, the accuracy of the magnetic coupling model was verified by the prototype testing results.
