标题:汽车发电机温度场有限元分析与计算

摘要:仿真分析车用异步电机温度场,根据其结构对称特点简化计算域,依据传热学基础理论分析各部件导热系数,添加散热边界条件,分析电机损耗,对电机温度场进行仿真,得出稳定运转时电机铁心、绕组、鼠笼导条的温度分布图及热通量矢量图,分析电机内最大热源及热量传导方向,为汽车发电机的优化奠定基础。

Abstract: The temperature field of automobile alternators was simulated and analyzed. According to its structure symmetry, the calculation domain was simplified. Based on the theoretical analysis of heat transfer, the heat thermal conductivity of the components was analyzed. Adding the heat boundary conditions, and analyzing the alternators loss, the temperature field of automobile alternators was simulated. The temperature distribution and heat flux vector diagram of alternator core, winding and squirrel guide bar at a stable operation was got, and the largest heat and heat conduction direction of the alternators was analyzed, which laying the foundation for optimizing automotive alternator.
