摘 要:转子位置检测是高精度伺服驱动系统中的一个重要环节。在所研制的微小型驱动单元中,采用线性HALL元件进行正弦化气隙磁场检测。文中建立了气隙磁场计算模型,研究了各种结构参数对磁场正弦性的影响,最后得到了不同磁极个数时永磁体最佳参数的简明规律,为工程实践提供了有价值的参考。 关键词:优化设计;气隙磁场;线形Hall;微小型
Abstract: Rotor position detecting is an important part in a high precision servo driving system. Linear Hall element was used for sinusoidal air gap magnetic field detection in designed micro driving unit. A calculating model of air gap magnetic field was set up, and influences of structure parameters to the sinusoidal principle were researched. A compendious principle of magnets corresponding to different magnetic poles were obtained, which was a valuable reference for engineering practices.
