摘 要:为充分利用电动摩托车轮毂电机内部空间,提高电机的驱动转矩,该文设计了一款双定子结构的永磁电动机。在内外定子主要尺寸、磁路结构、绕组设计讨论的基础上,完成了该电机的电磁设计。用电磁场有限元的方法研究了该电机的转矩特性,并与单定子永磁电机进行对比,结果表明双定子永磁电机的起动性能更好,驱动能力更强,提高了电机的空间利用率,适合作为电动摩托车的轮毂驱动电机。 关键词:双定子永磁电机;电磁设计;转矩分析
Abstract: To improve the driving torque and increase the inner space utilization rate of wheel hub motor on electric motorcycle, a double-stator permanent magnet motor was reported in this paper. After discussing stator size, magnetic circuit and winding design, the electromagnetic design of the motor was presented. The torque characteristic of the motor studied by finite element method was compared with that of single-stator permanent magnet motor. Result shows that double-stator permanent magnet motor has better starting performance, stronger driving capability, high space utilization ratio, and is suitable to wheel hub motor.
