摘 要:设计了基于稀土永磁无刷直流电机的电动汽车驱动系统,系统选用了TMS320LF2407A作为主控芯片,采用以中断子程序为主的模块化软件结构,在电机循环换相和脉宽调制中采用了简单合理的算法,保证软件运行的快速、准确性。文中主要介绍了软件的控制策略、设计思想及部分程序流程图。通过试验验证,系统能提供完整的数字控制方案,具有良好的可靠性和安全性。 关键词:电动汽车;无刷直流电机;控制
Abstract: The motor drive system of electric vehicles was designed based on rare-earth permanent brushless DC motor in this paper. In the system, TMS320LF2407A is selected as the main control chip, and the modularization software design mainly of interrupt subroutine is used. The scientific and rational algorithm is applied in motor circulation phase commutation and modulating pulse width, which can ensure the real-time of the system. The control strategy of software, the basic design idea, and part of procedure flowchart are introduced in detail. By the results of testing, a complete digital control method is proposed, which shows the system is safe, reliable. Key words: electric vehicle; brushless DC motor; control |
