摘要:文章给出了电励磁双凸极无刷直流发电机的两种短路故障运行情况:直流输出端短路和三相电枢绕组短路。对于直流输出端短路,利用有限元分析软件ANSOFT 建模仿真和实验相结合的方法对不同发电方式短路运行下的发电机磁场,相磁链,短路电流以及电枢电流的换相情况进行了详细地理论和实验分析。揭示了发电机输出端短路时,不同发电方式下的电枢反应和电流换相特点。通过进一步研究表明:发电机输出端短路时,若无寄生参数,发电机一直工作在电流换相状态;否则,则还存在单相导电工作状态。当发电机发生相间短路时,不存在换相重叠现象,其短路电流与输出端短路时相比要小。 关键词:电励磁双凸极电机; 电流换相; 电枢反应; 有限元分析
Abstract:Rectifier output of the generator and armature windings were shorted-two short circuit faults working principle of doubly salient electro-magnetic generator (DSEG) were introduced.As to rectifier output short circuit,the magnetic field,flux,short circuit current,and commutation of DSEG in different generating modes were analyzed by FEA simulation and experiments.The results disclosed characters of armature reaction and commutation in different generating modes when rectifier output is shorted.Further studied shows that as the rectifier output is shorted and no parasitic parameters considered,the phase current of DSEG will be in commutation stage all the time;otherwise,DSEG has single phase generating stage.When three phase windings are shorted,commutation will disappear,and short circuit current will weaker than one as rectifier output short circuit.
