摘 要:介绍了直线电动机测试平台中负载系统的整体控制方案,并对抑制负载电机的推力波动和电机驱动中逆变器的死区补偿问题做探讨,得到SVPWM算法中的死区补偿脉宽,应用于电流环的控制中。经过实际运行,证明方案和控制策略具备高精度、易控制等特点,能满足直驱电动机测试的要求。 关键词:直线电动机;推力波动;实时死区补偿;空间矢量脉宽调制;实验
Abstract: Designed the test project,chose the load forms in direct-drive motor test platform,introduced the whole control strategy,and researched to keep the force ripple of load motor and compensate death-time in motor inverter,got the compensation death-time in SVPWM and applied to the current loop control.The results show that the proposed method and control strategy have the characteristics of high accuracy and easy to control which can meet the demands of test.
