摘要:针对直驱螺杆泵用交流永磁同步电动机在采油过程中因停电出现崩溃转矩,造成设备损坏和人身伤害,分析了直驱螺杆泵反转扭矩和永磁同步电动机崩溃扭矩产生的机理、影响因素,给出永磁同步电动机崩溃扭矩的测量方法,提出选择直驱螺杆泵用交流永磁同步电动机应考虑的参数和要求。
关键词:永磁同步电动机;反转扭矩;崩溃扭矩;直轴去磁;直轴同步电抗 Abstract: In view of the occurrence of collapse torque of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor used in directdrive screw pump during the process of oil production due to power cut, and the consequence of resulting in equipment damage and personal injury, the generation mechanism and influencing factors of reverse torque in directdrive screw pump and collapse torque in PM synchronous motor were studied. A measurement method of the collapse torque was proposed and the parameters and requirements that should be considered in choosing an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor for directdrive screw pump were put forward.
