摘要: 异步起动永磁同步电动机堵转参数包括堵转转矩和堵转电流,是评价电机起动性能的重要指标。针对异步起动永磁同步电动机堵转参数计算不准的问题,在分析了堵转时电机各转矩分量的基础上,采用时步有限元仿真电机的堵转试验,并通过合理地处理堵转参数曲线,得出电机的堵转参数。分别计算了5台异步起动永磁同步电动机的堵转参数,对比试验值,堵转转矩误差在10%以内,堵转电流误差在15%以内,证明了该计算方法可以满足工程需要。

Abstract: Line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor locked rotor parameter which includes locked rotor torque and locked rotor current is one of the most important indexes evaluating self-startup ability.According to the inaccurate calculation of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM) locked rotor parameters,torque component during the state of locked rotor was analysed.Time-stepping finite element method was used to simulate locked rotor test,and the locked rotor parameters were achieved by dealing with the locked rotor parameter curves reasonably.Five LSPMSMs locked rotor parameters were calculated.Compared with test values,the calculation error of locked rotor torque was within 10%,while that of locked rotor current was within 15%,which proved that the calculation method can meet the needs of engineering.
