摘 要:起动阻力矩是永磁风力发电机的一个重要指标,它直接影响发电机的起动和低速运行性能。本文提出了一种永磁电机磁极偏移从而减小齿槽转矩的方法,基于能量法和傅里叶分解对齿槽转矩解析分析方法,推导了在磁极偏移时的齿槽转矩的表达式。最后给出了在均匀磁极与磁极偏移情况下齿槽转矩的对比,验证了这种磁极偏移方法的可行性。实现减小直驱永磁风力发电机起动阻力矩的目的。 关键词:永磁电机;齿槽转矩;磁极偏移;直驱
Abstract: Starting resistant moment(SRM)is an important index for designing of the permanent magnet wind power generator.It effects the starting and low-speed performances of the generator directly.In this paper,the analytical method for the cogging torque based on the energy method and Fourier transform was used to give the expression of the cogging torque and the method to minimize the cogging torque with this Method.At last,It was shown that the contrast of the cogging torque when magnet equality and magnet shifting.The new method to obtain the PM shifting angles was achieved.Realized the aim to reduce the starting resistant moment of the direct-driven permanent magnet wind power generator.
