摘要:采用Matlab GUI设计对笼型异步电动机特性进行仿真,根据机械特性实用表达式,采用Matlab/Simulink建立笼型异步电动机起动特性模型,仿真结果该电动机不能够起动,而实验测得该电机是能够起动的;而采用修正的机械特性,绘制的机械特性曲线和起动特性曲线与实验所测曲线较为一致。运用该分析界面,可以方便地实现对电机参数的设置和修改、模型查看和修正、仿真显示及相关辅助操作,极大地简化了仿真的操作过程,提高了仿真的效率。此界面友好、开放,仿真结果即时可见,为笼型异步电动机特性理论分析、教学实验及电机制造厂家,提供了一种简洁而有效的方法。
关键词:笼型异步电机;特性曲线;Matlab/GUI Abstract: The article described that practical formula of torque in asynchronous motor adopted, a model on starting character was established, though the motor can′t start normally, but it is to start well in the experiment. The mechanical characteristics of curve and starting curve with the laboratory test characteristic curve,based on amends a squirrel cage asynchronous motor model. The GUI(Graphical User Interfaces)is beautiful and briefly,the user can directly input the parameters on the GUI,but not alter the primary procedure,making the user able to analyze the parameters influencing the result.It makes it easy to teach motor characteristic theory and experiment and offers a new way to design the related CAI.Verifyied the validity of the proposed method and superiority, and provided a concise and effective simulation model for squirrel cage asynchronous motor.
