摘 要:无刷直流电动机利用电子换相代替机械换相,基于无刷直流电机工作原理,该文通过引出HALL信号,在单片机上巧用双中断形式来计算其频率,进行无刷直流电机的速度检测。设计结果表明:该测速系统简单、实用,经济性好;工作稳定,能实时地、精确地显示转速值。 关键词:无刷直流电机;转速测量;Hall信号
Abstract: In a brushless DC motor (BLDCM), an electrical commutator replaces a mechanical commutator. Based on the principle of BLDCM, the design adopted a facility method to measure the motor, by calculating the frequency of HALL signal. The design result shows that the hardware circuit of control system designed simply, practical, economically and stably. It can operate steadily, measure accurately in a real time.
