摘要:三相异步电机在运行过程中产生的电磁振动噪声会影响到电机的运行品质,带来诸多不利因素。基于有限元法理论,首先通过仿真计算获得三相异步电机径向气隙磁密随空间和时间的分布情况,再根据麦克斯韦定律得到径向电磁力随时间与空间的分布并进行谐波分析,发现谐波分量是引起电机电磁振动的主要因素,最后对比不同结构参数对径向电磁力的分布及各阶次谐波幅值的影响,据此对电机的振动噪声情况进行推测。研究结果不仅为进一步的电磁振动与噪声研究建立了基础,还可为电机的优化设计提供参考。 关键词:三相异步电机;有限元法;径向电磁力 Abstract: The electromagnetic vibration noise generated during the threephaseasynchronous motors operation will affect the running quality of the motor and bring about many unfavorable factors. Based on the theory of finite element method, the radial air gap flux density distribution and the harmonic analysis of the radial air gap flux density of the threephase asynchronous motor were calculated, and then the spatial distribution and amplitude of the radial electromagnetic force were obtained according to the Maxwells law. Harmonic component is the main factor that causes the electromagnetic vibration of the motor. Finally, the different structural parameters were compared to study the distribution of the radial electromagnetic force and the influence of the harmonic amplitude. The results not only can be used as the basis for the study of electromagnetic vibration and noise, but also provide a reference for the optimal design of the motor.
