摘要:航空燃油泵用无刷直流电动机采用霍尔位置传感器获取相对准确的电机转子位置,由于霍尔调整角度存在误差,会使电机换相时刻提前或滞后,为保证该无刷直流电动机运行稳定可靠,应准确确定电机的理想换相时刻。文章通过数值分析,对在理想换相时刻与超前/滞后情况下磁势和电磁转矩进行了对比,论证了换相时刻对电机的影响,提出了采用反电势法确定理想换相时刻,并通过Magnet软件对该方法进行了仿真验证,证明该方法可精确确定换相时刻。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;霍尔位置传感器;换相时刻;反电势法
Abstract: The brushless DC motors for aviation fuel pump use Hall position sensors to get the position of rotor in motors. The rotors' switching time would be advanced or delayed because of the angle error in Hall position sensors. In order to ensure the motor run reliably, the switching time has to be determined accurately. By numerical analysis, this article compared the perfect switching time with the advanced switching time and delayed switching time. Meanwhile, proved the phase influence to rotors and propose the electric potential methods to confirm the perfect switching time. This method is validated by the Magnet software simulation.
