摘要:齿槽转矩是电机设计的重要参数之一,其影响到电机的转矩波动、噪音和振动等。其产生的根本原因是永磁体对槽口两端的磁拉力不平衡。从这一根本出发,研究闭口槽对齿槽转矩的削弱作用,使用线性相位叠加模型说明了齿槽转矩的产生原因并运用解析法对闭口槽削弱齿槽转矩的机理进行进一步阐释;给出了一种可行的闭口槽电机电枢结构设计方法;最后运用Ansoft软件对一台闭口槽永磁无刷电机进行了有限元仿真,验证了闭口槽结构的合理性。
关键词:永磁无刷电机;闭口槽;齿槽转矩;有限元法 Abstract: The cogging torque is one of the important parameters of electric motor design, it has influence on the motor′s torque ripple, noise and vibration, etc. The fundamental cause of cogging torque is the the unbalanced magnetic pull made by permanent magnet for slot on both ends. Starting from the fundamental cause,discussed the closed slot structure′s influence on cogging torque, using linear phase superposition model to illustrate the causes of the cogging torque and using the analytic method to give some further explanation. Presented a feasible closed slot motor armature structure design method. At the end, using the Ansoft software to make a finite element simulation on a closed slot permanent magnet brushless motor, verified the rationality of the closed slot structure.
