摘要:为了促进陶瓷砖制造行业的节能改造,本文根据陶瓷压砖机驱动系统的工作环境和性能要求,采用综合磁路计算软件Rmxprt和有限元计算软件Ansoft设计一款用于陶瓷压砖机驱动系统的表贴式永磁同步伺服电机,对电机主要尺寸,电机绕组及匝数进行了设计,并对齿槽转矩进行了优化。样机试验证明,该款陶瓷压砖机用永磁同步伺服电机性能符合设计要求,可用于代替陶瓷压砖机驱动系统中的异步电机。 关键词:陶瓷压砖机;永磁同步电动机;电机设计;Ansoft
Abstract: In order to promote energysaving of ceramic tile manufacturing industry.According to the working environment and performance requirements of the ceramic brick press drive systems, this paper designed a permanent magnet synchronous servo motors that used in drive system of ceramic brick press,that integrated the magnetic circuit calculation software Rmxprt and the finite element analysis software Ansoft.The main dimensions of the motor, the windings and turns were designed, and the cogging torque has been optimized.Prototype tests shows that the performance of this permanent magnet synchronous servo motor used in ceramic brick press meets the design requirements, which can be instead of induction motor that used in ceramic brick press drive system.
