摘要:主要论述了一种低成本、高效节能环保、单相塑封异步电动机,即分块式铁心的设计及加工工艺。分块式铁心既能大幅降低电机的漆包线材料用量,同时也能大幅提高了硅钢片的利用率;辅以合理的在排料上正/反嵌套高速冲载、自动叠扣、多头绕线、抱箍自动成圆等创新工艺,能大幅度提高铁心和电机的生产效率;在定子齿上的虚拟齿槽设计、转子“V”型斜槽创新设计、一端的端盖随定子塑封成型工艺,可以有效地改善和降低电机噪音;理论与实际生产证明:这种铁心的设计和制造工艺提高了电机的质量、生产效率,降低电机的材料和制造成本。

Abstract: This passage mainly discussed a low cost, low noise energy efficient about single-phase plastic motor, segmented core design and processing technology. The segmented core not only significantly reduced the enameled wire usage, but also increased the utilization of silicon steel sheet. Supported by reasonable positive / anti- nested high speed impact, automatically stack buckle, bulls winding, automatically into a round hoop innovation process, can greatly improve the production efficiency of the core and motor. Through the stator teeth on the virtual cogging design, the rotor “V” shaped chute innovation design, one end of the cover with the stator plastic molding process, also can effectively improve and reduce motor noise. Theory and actual production proved this kind of core design and manufacturing process can improve the quality and production efficiency reducing the material and manufacturing costs of the motor.
