摘 要:电机温升试验中零秒电阻值是绕组温升测试过程中的关键数据,零秒电阻取值的准确程度直接关系到电机绕组温升值的准确程度。该文采用了最小二乘曲线拟合法来求取零秒电阻值,提出了用二次函数拟合曲线来代替传统的一次函数拟合曲线。并以一个单相交流串励电动机为例,通过试验证明该方法有效,准确度更高。 关键词:零秒电阻;最小二乘法;拟合函数 Abstract: Accuracy of zero second resistance value directly related to the accuracy of motor winding temperature rise value. The article used the least square curve fitting to calculate zero second resistance values, and put forward by quadratic function fitting curve instead of the linear function fitting curve. Moreover, the paper took the single phase AC series excited motor for example, and proved that the method was effective with the higher accuracy.
