摘要:电动汽车用永磁同步电机具有体积小、调速范围宽的特点,在新能源电动汽车中应用越来越广。由于永磁电机的运行特性与电机的交直轴电感有密切的联系,因此怎样在电机制作之前得到电机的交直轴电感,是分析该类电机的关键。本文就是针对这一问题,以一台100 kW永磁同步电机利用有限元分析软件在静态场中,对电机的交直轴电感进行仿真分析,得到不同加载电流情况下电机电感参数,并对分析结果进行了对比,为该类电机的设计分析提供了一定参考依据。
关键词:永磁同步电机;静磁场;交、直轴电感;有限元 Abstract: Electric cars with permanent magnet synchronous motor has small volume, wide range of speed regulation characteristic, in the new energy of electric car used more and more widely. Because of permanent magnet motor operation characteristics and motor quadrature axis and direct axis inductance are closely linked, so how to make sure the machine quadrature axis and direct axis inductance, is the key to the analysis of the motor. This paper was aimed at this problem, for a 100 kW PMSM using finite element analysed software in the static field, analysed quadrature axis and direct axis inductance, got different loading current situation motor inductance parameter, And the analysis results were compared ,for the motor design analysis provided certain reference basis.
