摘要: 针对电机的技术指标要求,依据电机的电磁设计方法确定电机的主要尺寸。转矩波动的存在导致无刷直流电机的振动和噪音,齿槽转矩是其重要组成部分。基于Maxwell建立该电机二维模型,对其进行有限元仿真分析,利用不等厚永磁体和定子齿冠开槽的方法来降低齿槽转矩,为设计低噪音、低振动高性能无刷直流电机提供一种可靠的方法。最后试制样机,样机测试值和Maxwell仿真值进行对比,验证Maxwell仿真的正确性和降低齿槽转矩方法的可行性。
关键词:高性能;电磁设计;齿槽转矩 Abstract: According to the requirement of technical index of motor, main dimensions of the motor was determined according to the method of electromagnetic design of the motor. The presence of torque ripple brings about the noise and vibration of Brushless DC motor, the cogging torque is one of its important parts. Established a two-dimensional model of the motor based on Maxwell ,it was analyzed by the finite element simulation , to reduce the cogging torque by using the method of unequal thickness of permanent magnets and stator tooth slottingIt provided a reliable method for the design of low noise, low vibration high performance brushless DC motor. Finally, a prototype, prototype test and Maxwell simulation values were compared, it verified the correctness of the Maxwell simulation and the feasibility of the methods to reduce the cogging torque.
